根据疫情防控需要，经区新冠肺炎防控指挥部研判，暂定从2022年11月29日00:00至12月1日24:00对我区和平镇练北社区部分区域实施临时交通管制及相关疫情防控管理措施。具体通告如下：

Based on the current requirements for epidemic prevention and control, Chaoyang District Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to implement temporary traffic control and other related measures in areas in Lianbei Community, Heping Town, Chaoyang District from 00:00, November 29 to 24:00, December 1 as follows:

一、划定临时交通管制区域详见附图黄色线框标示范围，实施“足不出区、错峰取物”。红线划定范围为临时封控区域，实施“足不出户、上门服务”。从11月29日至12月1日连续三天在上述区域开展核酸检测（包括户籍人口、外来人员），检测时间为上午9:00至12:00，为避免人员聚集和等待时间过长，请广大群众根据所在社区工作人员的通知指引，佩戴口罩分时段有序到达指定地点开展检测，应检尽检，不漏一户，不落一人。

1. The yellow-marked areas are listed as the temporary traffic control areas, and residents in these areas shall not leave the areas and are encouraged to pick up supplies at staggered times. The red-marked areas are listed as the temporary control areas, and residents in these areas shall not leave their houses and home services will be provided. Three rounds of nucleic acid tests will be launched for the residents and travelers in the above-mentioned areas between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm from November 29 to December 1. In order to avoid gathering and long-time waiting, the general public having nucleic acid testing shall follow the guidance of the community workers, wear a mask and arrive at the designated places in an orderly manner, ensuring that all those in need are tested.

二、临时交通管制区域内人员、车辆除医疗救护车、消防救援车、警车和持有市、区两级新冠肺炎防控指挥办核发通行证件的疫情防控、民生保障、应急物资运输等车辆外，只进不出。

2. Personnel and vehicles can only enter the temporary traffic control areas while exit is not allowed, except for the vehicles used for epidemic prevention and control, ensuring people's livelihood, and emergency supplies, such as ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, and cars with permits issued by the municipal level or district level Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters.

请广大市民朋友自觉遵守疫情防控相关规定，关注官方权威信息，自觉配合做好核酸检测，不恐慌、不信谣、不传谣、不造谣，戴口罩、勤洗手、不聚集，保持良好卫生习惯和健康生活方式。如出现发热、咳嗽等症状，要立即报告属地社区（村）、酒店或工作单位，并戴好口罩，及时到就近发热门诊就诊，就医过程应避免乘坐公共交通工具。

Please consciously abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, pay attention to the official information and take nucleic acid testing. Do not panic. Do not believe, spread or fabricate rumors. Please wear a mask, wash hands frequently and keep social distance. It’s recommended to maintain good hygiene habits and advocate a healthy lifestyle. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms, you should immediately report to the local community (village), hotel or work unit, wear a mask, go to the nearest fever clinic and avoid taking public transportation on the way.

上述措施自本通告发布之日起实施，后续将根据疫情防控需要及时进行动态调整。

The prevention and control requirements above will be implemented from the time of issuance, and will be timely adjusted according to the changes of epidemic situation.
