根据当前潮南区疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究，决定对我区风险区进行调整。具体如下：

Based on the current requirement for epidemic prevention and control in Chaonan District and the provisions in the Protocol on Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9) released by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in Response to Covid-19, Chaonan District Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to adjust epidemic prevention and control measures in risk areas as follows:

一、陈店镇、峡山街道、司马浦镇、两英镇、仙城镇等5个镇（街道）继续严格执行潮南区防控指挥办11月6日发布的《关于潮南区调整风险区的通告》。

1. Chendian Town, Xiashan Sub-district, Simapu Town, Liangying Town, Xiancheng Town in Chaonan District shall continue to strictly implement Notice on Adjustment of Risk Areas in Chaonan District released by Chaonan District Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters on November 6.

二、胪岗镇、红场镇、雷岭镇、陇田镇、成田镇、井都镇等6个镇由低风险区调整转入常态化疫情防控。根据《汕头市新冠肺炎防控指挥办关于动态调整有关社会面疫情防控措施的通告（二）》的要求，执行以下措施：

2. Lugang Town, Hongchang Town, Leiling Town, Longtian Town, Chengtian Town, Jingdu Town are delisted from low-risk areas, and shall implement regular prevention and control measures and follow the requirements in Notice on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shantou Ⅱ released by Shantou Municipal Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters as follows:

1.娱乐场所（酒吧KTV、卡拉OK、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、电影院、剧院、室内游泳馆、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、剧本杀、足浴店、洗浴中心、休闲按摩、室内景点等密闭半密闭场所继续暂停营业。

2.1 Entertainment venues (bars, Karaoke, dance halls, recreation centers, etc.), cinemas, theaters, indoor swimming pools, gyms, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and card rooms, mahjong halls, escape rooms, murder mystery game rooms, foot massage centers, beauty salons, hair salons, massage parlors, indoor attractions, libraries, museums and other airtightvenues or semi-airtight venuesshall continue to be temporarily closed.

2.暂停举办各类50人以上的会议、培训、演出、比赛、展会等聚集性活动，暂停各类民俗活动，“红事、“白事”、宴会简办。

2.2 Gathering activities, including conferences, training, performances, competitions, exhibitions, with more than 50 participants shall be temporarily suspended. Allfolklore activities shall be temporarily suspended. Weddings ceremonies, funerals and banquets should be held in a simplified manner.

3.所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）恢复堂食，严格落实测温、扫场所码等防疫要求，接待人数不超过核定人数的75%。

2.3 Dine-in services shall be resumed in all catering service providers (including beverage shops, snack bars, breakfast shops, etc.), epidemic prevention and control measures including body temperature testing, venue code scanning should be strictly implemented, and number of customers should not exceed 75% ofthe normal seating capacity of the premises.

4.乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车等交通工具的旅客须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。入住酒店、宾馆（旅馆、民宿）和进入旅游景区等人流密集场所时，查验健康码绿码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

2.4 Passengers must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when taking air, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus and other means of transportation. A negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours and a green health code is needed when checking in at lodges, hotels, home-stays or entering crowded places such as tourist attractions.

5.其他场所恢复常态化各项防控措施。进入公共场所和人员密集场所请严格落实戴口罩、测体温、扫场所码、保持“一米线”等防控措施。

2.5 Other facilities shall implement regular prevention and control measures. People in public areas and crowded places shall strictly follow the preventionandcontrol requirements such as mask wearing, temperature testing, “Venue Code” scanning, one meter keep-off.

6.要守紧筑牢“外防输入”防线。强化涉疫风险人员落地排查管控，快速核查上级推送大数据人员，主动排查、滚动排查中高风险地区等重点地区来（返）汕人员，严格落实各项健康管理措施，全力维护辖区安全稳定。

2.6 We should reinforce our defense against imported cases, continue to investigate thoroughly people with expose risk as soon as they enter Chaonan, quickly screen the information sent by municipal authorities through big data technology, actively screen people from medium-risk and high-risk areas to Shantou, and strictly implement various health management measures to maintain the safety and stability of Chaonan.

上述措施自本通告发布之日起实施，后续将根据疫情防控需要及时进行动态调整。特此通告。

The prevention and control requirements above will be implemented from the time of issuance, and will be timely adjusted according to the changes of epidemic situation.
