11月4日至6日，我市全域连续开展三轮全员新冠病毒核酸检测，除潮南区在陈店镇管控区域筛查发现阳性个案37例、第三轮筛查发现13管核酸样本异常待复核外，其余结果均为阴性。为进一步精准科学实施疫情防控，经研究，决定对有关社会面防控措施调整如下：

From November 4th to 6th, we have conducted 3 rounds of nucleic acid testing (hereinafter refer to as NAT) for all residents in Shantou. Except 37 positive cases in areas under temporary control in Chendian Town and 13 tubes of unusual nucleic acid samples in the 3rd round of screening of NAT, all NAT results are nagtive. In order to further prevent and control the epidemic precisely and scientifically, Shantou Municipal Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to adjust epidemic prevention and control measures in community as follows:

一、潮阳区、潮南区继续严格执行汕头市新冠肺炎防控指挥办11月3日发布的《关于在全市范围内加强社会面疫情防控措施的通告》。

1.Chaoyang District and Chaonan District should continue to strictly implement Notice on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shantou release by Shantou Municiple Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters on November 3rd.

二、金平区、龙湖区、濠江区、澄海区、南澳县对以下社会面防控措施进行动态调整。

2.Adjustment of epidemic prevention and control measures in Jinping District, Longhu District, Haojiang District, Chenghai District and Nan’ao County is as follows:

1.所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）恢复堂食，严格落实测温、扫场所码等防疫要求，接待人数不超过核定人数的75%。

(1) Dine-in services shall be resumed in all catering service providers (including beverage shops, snack bars, breakfast shops, etc.), epdemic prevention and control measures including body temperature testing, venue code scanning should be strictly implemented, and number of customers should not exceed 75% of normal sitting capacity of the premises.

2.暂停举办各类50人以上的会议、培训、演出、比赛、展会等聚集性活动，暂停各类民俗活动，“红事”、“白事”、宴会简办。

(2) Temporarily stop all gathering activities exceeding 50 persons including meeting, training, performance, compitition, exhibition, etc. Temporarily stop all folk activities. Wedding ceremonies and funerals should be held in a simplified manner.

3.托育、托管机构以及私人诊所在严格落实有关疫情防控要求的前提下有序恢复服务。私人诊所要加强就诊人员流行病学史问询，发现发热、咳嗽等异常症状人员要引导其第一时间到发热门诊就诊。

(3) Childcare institutions and private clinics should orderly resume services while following requirements for epdemic prevention and control. Private clinics should strengthen inquiries on epidemiology, and immediately guide patients with unusual symptoms such as fever and cough to fever clinics.

4.上述措施自本通告发布之日起实施，其他社会面防控措施仍继续按汕头市新冠肺炎防控指挥办11月3日发布的《关于在全市范围内加强社会面疫情防控措施的通告》执行。后续将根据疫情防控需要及时进行动态调整。

(4) The above-mentioned measures shall come into effect as of the date of issue and other measures in the Notice on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shantou release by Shantou Municiple Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters on November 3rd should continue to be strictly implemented. The prevention and control requirements will be timely adjusted according to the changes of epdemic situation.
