根据疫情防控工作需要，经研究，决定在全市范围内加强社会面疫情防控相关措施。现将有关事项通告如下：

Based on the current requirement for pandemic prevention and control and comprehensive analysis, Office of Shantou Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquartershas decided to further strengthen pandemic prevention and control measures across the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。

1. Dine-in services shall be temporarily suspended in all catering service providers (including beverage shops, snack bars, breakfast shops, etc.) and only take-out and delivery services such as online orders and call-in ordersshall be provided.

二、娱乐场所（酒吧、KTV、卡拉OK、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、电影院、剧院、室内游泳馆、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、剧本杀、足浴店、美容按摩院、美发店、洗浴中心、室内景点、图书馆、博物馆等密闭半密闭场所暂停营业。

2. Entertainment venues (bars, KTV, Karaoke, dance halls, recreation centers, etc.), cinemas, theaters, indoor swimming pools, gyms, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and card rooms, mahjong halls, escape rooms, murder mystery game rooms, foot massage centers, beauty salons, hair salons, massage parlors, indoor attractions, libraries, museums and other airtightvenues or venues with poor ventilation systemsshall be temporarily closed.

三、各类校外培训机构暂停线下教学，托育、托管机构暂停服务。

3. Offline teaching services shall be temporarily suspended in all the off-campus training institutions. All childcare institutionsshall be temporarily closed.

四、各类货运站场、工厂企业、医疗机构、养老院、福利院和商场超市、农贸市场、商业等场所加强管理，严格落实扫场所码、测体温、戴口罩等防疫措施。

4. COVID-19 prevention and control measures including scanning venue codes, wearing masks, and checking body temperatures shall be strictly implemented in such areas as freight stations, factories, medical institutions, nursing homes, welfare homes, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers markets, and commercial places.

五、暂停举办各类会议、培训、演出、比赛、展会等聚集性活动，暂停各类民俗活动。“红事”一律停办、“白事”一律简办、宴会一律不办。

5. Gathering activities including conferences, training, performances, competitions, exhibitionsshall be temporarily suspended. Weddings ceremonies, no matter in what sizes, should also be suspended andfunerals should be held in a simplified manner.

六、各类医疗机构严格落实预检分诊和首诊负责制，私人诊所暂停营业。零售药店严格落实购买发热、咳嗽等药品人员实名登记报告制度。

6. Various medical institutions shall strictly implement the pre-examination triage and first-diagnosis accountability, and private clinics shall be temporarily closed. Retail pharmacies shall strictly implement the real-name registration procedure for those who purchase fever, cough and other medicines.

七、乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车等交通工具的旅客须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。入住酒店、宾馆（旅馆、民宿）和进入旅游景区等人流密集场所时，查验健康码绿码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

7. Passengers must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when taking air, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus and other means of transportation. A negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours and a green health code is needed when checking in at lodges, hotels, home-stays or entering airtight places such as tourist attractions.

上述措施自本通告发布之日起实施，后续将根据疫情防控需要及时进行动态调整。

This notice shall come into effect as of the date of issue and shall be dynamically adjusted in a timely manner according to the evolving COVID pandemic situation.
