根据疫情防控需要，原定于2022年11月22日00：00至11月24日24：00对我区部分区域进行临时交通管制，经研判，现将临时交通管制时间延续至11月26日24：00。具体通告如下：

Based on the current requirement for epidemic prevention and control, Longhu District Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to extend the temporary traffic control period to 24:00 November 26. The details are as follows:

一、红线划定范围为临时封控区域，其中海琴湾2栋实施“足不出户、上门服务”；海琴湾小区实施“足不出小区、错峰取物”。

1.The highlighted areas are listed as the temporary traffic control areas. Residents in Building 2, Haiqinwan Residential Complex shall not leave their houses and home services will be provided. Residents in Haiqinwan Residential Complex shall not get out of the complex and are encouraged to pick up supplies at staggered times.

二、临时交通管制区域内人员、车辆只进不出，除医疗救护车、消防救援车、警车和持有市、区两级疫情防控办核发通行证件的疫情防控、民生保障、应急物资运输等车辆外，其他车辆一律禁止通行。

2. Personnel and vehicles can only enter the temporary traffic control areas while exit is not allowed. No vehicles will be allowed to pass, except for those used for epidemic prevention and control, ensuring people's livelihood, and emergency supplies, such as ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, and cars with permits issued by the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters.

三、临时交通管制区域视情况开展核酸检测。

3. Nucleic Acid Tests will be implemented in the temporary traffic control areas according to the evolving epidemic situation.

四、对连接周边地区无法落实物理隔离的区域，相关社区利用人防、技防等手段加密巡逻，一旦发现异常情况，第一时间采取相应措施。

4. For areas in connection with other communities and that physical isolation cannot be implemented in, the communities shall conduct intensive patrols, and take prompt action in times of need.

请广大市民朋友自觉遵守疫情防控相关规定，关注官方权威信息，自觉配合做好核酸检测，不恐慌、不信谣、不传谣、不造谣，戴口罩、勤洗手、不聚集，保持良好卫生习惯，倡导健康生活方式。如出现发热、咳嗽等症状，要立即报告属地社区（村）、酒店或工作单位，并戴好口罩，及时到就近发热门诊就诊，就医过程应避免乘坐公共交通工具。

Please consciously abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, pay attention to the official information and take nucleic acid testing. Do not panic. Do not believe, spread or fabricate rumors. Please wear a mask, wash hands frequently and keep social distance. It’s recommended to maintain good hygiene habits and advocate a healthy lifestyle. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms, you should immediately report to the local community (village), hotel or work unit, wear a mask, go to the nearest fever clinic and avoid taking public transportation on the way.

以上措施将根据疫情防控形势进行动态调整。目前，我区全力保障群众生活物资供应，最大程度满足疫情防控期间群众生活需求，各类生活物资供应充足、价格平稳。

The above-mentioned measures shall be dynamically adjusted in a timely manner according to the evolving epidemic situation. At present, we are making every effort to ensure people’s livelihood, so as to meet the daily needs of the general public to the greatest extent during the control period. All kinds of daily necessities are sufficient and the prices are stable.
