根据当前潮南区疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，自2022年11月4日起，对潮南区风险区调整如下：

Based on the current requirement for pandemic prevention and control in Chaonan District and the provisions in the Protocol on Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9) released by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in Response to Covid-19, starting from November 4, 2022, Chaonan District of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to adjust risk areas in Chaonan District as follows:

（一）高风险区：新增陈店镇定安社区、瓦窑自然村、陈店实验学校。采取“足不出户、上门服务”等管控措施。

High-risk areas(newly added): Ding’an Community, Wayao village, Chendian Experimental School in Chendian Town, Residents shall not get out of their houses and homeservices will be provided.

（二）中风险区：陈店镇除上述村居之外的其他区域。采取“足不出自然村、错峰取物”等管控措施。

Medium-risk areas: other areas in Chendian Town except above-mentioned areas . Residents shall not get out of their villages and are encouraged to pick up supplies at staggered times.

（三）低风险区：潮南区除陈店镇之外的其他区域。采取“个人防护，避免聚集”等管理措施，区域内人员非必要不离开本区域，确需离开的应持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

Low-risk areas: other areas of Chaonan district except Chendian Town. Precautions of “personal protection and no gathering” should be taken. Residents in low-risk areas should not leave the district unless necessary, and those who do need to leave should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

以上措施自发布之时起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。特此通告。

The prevention and control requirements above will be implemented from the time of issuance, and will be timely adjusted according to the changes of pandemic situation.
