根据当前潮阳区疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，对潮阳区风险区进行调整。现将有关事项通告如下：

Based on the current requirement for epidemic prevention and control in Chaoyang District and the provisions in the Protocol on Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9) released by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in Response to Covid-19, Shantou Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to adjust risk areas in Chaoyang District as follows:

（一）贵屿镇湄洲村、和平镇练北社区由高风险区降为中风险区。采取“足不出自然村、错峰取物”等管控措施。调整后，潮阳区域内无高风险区。

1. Meizhou Village of Guiyu Town and Lianbei Community of Heping Town were downgraded from high-risk areas to medium-risk areas. Residents shall not get out of their natural villages and are encouraged to pick up supplies at staggered times. After adjustment, there are no high-risk areas in Chaoyang District.

（二）贵屿镇华美社区、玉窖村、凤新村、凤港村、泗美村，和平镇临昆上社区、潮联社区由中风险区降为低风险区。采取“个人防护，避免聚集”等管理措施，区域内人员非必要不离开本区域，确需离开的应持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

2. Huamei Community, Yujiao Village, Fengxin Village, Fenggang Village, Simei Village in Guiyu Town, and Linkunshang Communinty, Chaolian Community in Heping Town were downgraded from medium-risk areas to low-risk areas. Precautions of “personal protection and no gathering” should be taken. Residents in low-risk areas should not leave the area unless necessary, and those who do need to leave should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

（三）潮阳区除中、低风险区外的其他区域转入常态化疫情防控，执行《汕头市新冠肺炎防控指挥办关于动态调整有关社会面疫情防控措施的通告（二）》的有关防控措施要求。

3. Other areas in Chaoyang District except the medium-risk and low-risk areas shall implement regular prevention and control measures and follow the requirements in Notice on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shantou Ⅱ released by Shantou Municipal Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters.

以上措施自发布之时起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。

The prevention and control requirements above will be implemented from the time of issuance, and will be timely adjusted according to the changes of epidemic situation.

当前疫情形势严峻复杂，风险区调整不等于放松管理，请广大市民朋友自觉遵守各项疫情防控规定，加强自我健康管理，严格做好个人防护，减少非必要出行流动，不聚集、不扎堆，坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、一米线，共同筑牢疫情防控坚强防线。关注官方权威信息，不恐慌、不信谣、不传谣、不造谣。感谢广大居民朋友支持理解配合！

The current epidemic situation is severe and complicated. Downgrading of risk areas doesn’t mean undemanding measures to be taken. Residents should follow relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, enhance personal health management and protection, and minimize unnecessary travel. Please maintain social distancing, wear a mask, wash hands often, ventilate the room frequently and keep one-meter apart, so as to reinforce our defense against the epidemic.
